Charitable donation requests may be submitted for consideration. Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request.
Grand Slam proudly supports charitable events such as silent auctions, school fundraisers, nonprofit events, youth sports fundraisers, and other community-based initiatives.
All requests must benefit a charitable organization or community cause.

To be considered, your request must include on a corporate letterhead:
Event name and detailed description
Date of the event
Organization name
Tax ID number
Contact name, phone number, and email
Due to the extremely large volume of requests we receive, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for our response.
Approved donations are provided in the form of Grand Slam passes.
Passes:
Are not refundable
Cannot be exchanged
Have no cash value
Requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Grand Slam reviews donation requests on a monthly basis. Please allow adequate time for processing.

We proudly partner with schools first and foremost, including elementary, middle, and high schools, PTO/PTA groups, booster clubs, and school-affiliated organizations.
We also consider nonprofit and youth-based community organizations.
Fundraisers are typically scheduled on select weekday evenings to help maximize participation and fundraising success.
Our team will work with you to identify available dates that align with your organization’s goals and calendar.

$15 per person, which includes a 3-hour VIP experience packed with fun activities for your group:

Part of the proceeds will be donated to your organization. It’s a simple and exciting way to bring your community together while raising funds for your school or organization.

Once your fundraiser is confirmed, we will provide easy-to-share promotional materials for your organization. A portion of event sales generated by your supporters will be donated back to your school or organization.
